The enFocus fellowship is designed to create a sustainable ecosystem of innovation and impact. We place Fellows on projects that will have a lasting impact for the sponsor organization. While working on projects, Fellows receive mentorship from enFocus Directors and Board members, which accelerates Fellow growth and maximizes the return on investment for sponsors.

The enFocus Fellowship enabled me to round out my experience as an engineer-in-training by gaining project management and stakeholder management skills, which I had not been able to gain in my studies. Through my projects with local government, I met passionate community stakeholders in the South Bend-Elkhart region, and I strengthened my ability to quickly learn and synthesize new information.
